In a trading company, we would like to introduce a case study of utilizing "necfru MAM/DAM," which separates supplier specifications, drawings, and certificates from Google Drive/OneDrive to a long-term storage side. The accumulation of supplier documents continued to increase storage costs, and it became difficult to find current documents among those already submitted. Each department was storing copies, leading to a lot of duplication and making it cumbersome to distinguish versions during resubmissions. We manage tags by supplier/product/document type/version, and we transfer completed projects and old versions to MAM/DAM. We share submission destinations only with the necessary URLs, establishing a system that separates current documents from long-term storage.
